Inspection Services:
Your underwriting workflows depend on current, accurate loss costs produced by our Inspection Services team. In 2025, we increased our capacity to serve you and upgraded the Commercial Property Report (CPR) that provides detailed information about each property you are underwriting:
Additionally, we released an updated Commercial Property Report (CPR), rebuilt with improved layout, richer data fields (like BCEGS® scores and current loss costs), cleaner presentation of occupancy, construction, and protection details, plus direct links to mapped locations and county assessor data.

With regained capacity, the team also began proactive building updates and advanced their professional training, all to strengthen the information you receive.
Public Protection:
You rely on WSRB Protection Classes, BCEGS, and community-level data to price risk and underwrite policies. This year, our Public Protection team worked with fire departments, water purveyors, and 911 call centers to evaluate the fire suppression capabilities of 136 fire districts across the state.
In 2025, we completed 136 PC evaluations and 57 BCEGS evaluations.
