When it comes to understanding a building — and the factors affecting its fire risk — there’s no substitute for an in-person inspection.

Every year, our skilled team of property analysts inspects thousands of commercial buildings throughout Washington state, giving you insight you can’t get on your own.  WSRB property inspections help you more accurately understand risk by showing you:

  • The businesses operating on premises.
  • Risk hazards and mitigation efforts.
  • Exposures from adjacent buildings.
  • A detailed automatic fire sprinkler system evaluation.
  • Construction type, age and earthquake classification.
  • A building diagram and photos.
  • Measured square footage.
  • Distance to nearby fire stations.

Developing Loss Costs

We use the data we collect during inspections to develop advisory Loss Costs, which you can access by logging into our website. Unlimited access to WSRB’s Loss Costs and commercial property reports is included in your WSRB subscription.

Need a report and a Loss Cost for a building we haven’t inspected recently or at all? Simply request an inspection after you log in. There’s no limit to the number of inspections a WSRB Subscriber can request.
