Compliance

WSRB is authorized to submit filings to the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner (OIC) on behalf of our Subscribers. We’re the only organization authorized to do so for property lines of insurance.

In our Filings Library, you'll find the forms, rules, and Loss Costs we’ve filed with the OIC. Search using the best criteria for you: line of business, filing date, effective date, form number, form title, edition date, and more. Simply log in to get access. You can also sign up to get circular notifications, so you always know when we make a new filing. 

We can file with the OIC on your behalf or assist you with how to file on your own. Our compliance team has in-depth knowledge of Washington's statutes and regulations to streamline your filing process.
