Inspection Services:
You rely on our loss costs as an essential part of your rating and underwriting processes. You can have confidence in the underlying data because our commercial building inspectors are on-site collecting current data and information every time you request an inspection.
We processed 4,615 commercial building inspection requests in 2024. This is a new record for our team. To fulfill your inspection requests more efficiently, we’ve added four commercial building inspectors.

Public Protection:
Your underwriting and rating departments, agents, and customers rely on up-to-date fire protection ratings, and we’re here to deliver.
Our Public Protection team completed 133 WSRB Protection Class (PC) gradings and 71 BCEGS© gradings, giving you the information you need to make well-informed decisions.
The underlying data points are a vital part of accurate PC and BCEGS gradings. You can trust the accuracy of the information we provide because our team works tirelessly to keep our fire hydrant, fire station, and fire protection district data current.
