The WSRB Commercial Property Report (CPR) has been updated with new features and an improved layout, ensuring the same reliable data is more accessible and easier to use than ever.

New and improved CPR

WSRB is committed to delivering the most reliable and comprehensive property data available. The Commercial Property Report (CPR) provides insurers with detailed building, occupancy, and protection information, essential insights for accurate underwriting and risk assessment.

Our latest updates make the CPR more informative and easier to use. By incorporating new data fields, refining layout and readability, and streamlining how key details appear, we’re ensuring that the information you depend on is clear, current, and accessible.

These enhancements reflect our ongoing effort to improve your experience and provide the highest-quality data to support your underwriting decisions.

FAQs

What’s new in the updated CPR?

We’ve made several updates to improve clarity and usability across the report:

BCEGS score added: Each report now includes the community’s Building Code Effectiveness Grading Schedule (BCEGS) score for the year built.

Loss cost values displayed: For specifically rated risks, current Loss Cost (LC) values for both the 2015 and 2021 editions are now shown.

Improved navigation: Quick links to Google Maps and the County Assessor’s site appear below each address.

Streamlined layout:

  • The “Walls” section has been moved to the next page for better readability.
  • The diagram layout has been fixed to display correctly.
  • Occupancy type and subcategory now appear together.

Simplified data: References to old Rule 85 information and split results for PC, Building CSP, and RCP have been removed.
